I graduated in May of 2012 from American University's Film and Media Arts program, with a concentration in photography, and a minor in Anthropology. Before coming to the East Coast I studied creative writing in California at Orange County High School of the Arts. After finding my mom's old Canon AE-1 analog camera I began to realize I might have other passions. In 2008 I made my way from Southern California to DC to try something new. I find that in my work these days, most of the subject matter that interests me revolves around portraiture and architecture. I have also become more interested in combining photography and sculpture in ways that explore individuals' relationships to the spaces that surround them.
